"The Time Has Come," the walrus said...

This is a blog about my school days. You see below, Mr. William, Reader Extraordinaire.
He (as well as the other students) was challenged to read as many books as he could over the summer, and he read 14 books! I'm so proud of him.
He won this wonderful book by Avi called, Crispin and the Cross of Lead. He belongs in one of my groups, the youngest, that I call
The Nubbins or My Little Angel Cakes. Below you see all of the Angel Cakes, William, with his cousin, Olivia, and Wyatt.
They are third-graders who come to school from 8:30-12:00 Tuesday-Friday.

You see the darlings of my school, the girls, 5th and 6th graders
whom I call my Diamonds because they sparkle like the stars.
They are Gracie, Emma, Faith, Aurelia, Abby, and Lauren.
We are all so excited to be together from 8:30-12:00 Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

And you know these Cowboys below if you have followed my blog for long.
They are The Questers who are sometimes called The Big Boys.
They are rough and ready for action from 8:30-12:00 on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.

I LOVE teaching school,
especially because all my students are GOOD kids whose parents care about them and want them to do well. This is the best job in the world, and I thank God every day for the blessings that are so many that I don't have room enough to receive them (Malachi 3:10).
Every good and perfect gift is from above, and they are!
